My Sweat Equity Deals

I started in home improvement sales back in 2010 after getting my Bachelor’s degree from Urbana University in Business and Communication. I worked at few different medium size operations around Cincy and learned about all different aspects of remodeling. I eventually started my own thing and got hands-on experience doing our jobs with my Uncle Joe for a few years. I also was studying real estate on this side and that led me to figuring out how to buy my own deals after doing so many remodels for other investors and seeing how they do it. I studied all the types of deals and ways to work things out by going thru mortgage classes at Hondros college, in addition to real estate licensing. When you combine that with my remodeling experience, there aren’t really any questions I can’t answer. I’ve been thru it all.

I bought my first house on a short sale in Golf Manor back in 2012 and made a lot of mistakes but I still made a little money to put back into my business. I did that over and over again and I’m now on my 12th house that I’ve bought for myself to rehab and sell. I have learned a few things the hard way and know what not to do. I also know a good deal when I see one and when it’s a little too tight. It’s all about your goals. The best way to start the process is to drop me a line, so I can get to know you and what you’re trying to accomplish. Let’s chat.
